It’s a nice room on the 2nd floor: 3.95 x 3.85 with furniture’s in a quiet street in Delft. Nearby some shops, 5 minutes to the centre of Delft and 10 minutes to TU Delft.
The room has a nice laminate floor, double glass windows and nice furniture’s. Own sink in room with a mirror and cabinet. Also there: curtains, light equipment and blinds for the windows.
Furniture’s: bed with mattress and bed linen, fauteuil, desk with chair, wardrobe, etc.
2nd floor: The bathroom within a shower, a sink, a washing machine, a toilet and a small cabinet will be shared by 4 proper housemates. Double glass windows. Also in the wide hall an extra refrigerator and freezer for the 2 tenants of the 2nd floor.
1st floor: The modern kitchen is nice and have an refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, little oven, coffee maker and all other kitchen equipment you need. There’s also a extra toilet in the hall.
